Message	It's good to know about the potential cold solder joints at this location. Thanks. I thought this device was specified as the lamp check sensor however and is the sensor that reports an open filament in one of the tail lamps to the lamp check light in the instrument cluster. The instrument cluster lamp check relay is a small relay located on the back of the fuse panel at the driver left foot. Not all that easy to get to.
